We can not more highly recommend Chris and his dedicated sales team. After purchasing from Chris in the past we came to expect a high quality service, top market knowledge and not just the talk but the follow through aswell. After recieving valuations from 2 other well known realestate agents in the area that were between 20-50K less we were a little hesitant at first but this just shows that Chris not only knows the market but is doing his but to keep it where is should be. Yes the other estate agents would have came through with what they promised BUT we would have made far less.. and the market would inadvertently come down if this underselling became a trend. Communication was commendable, professional and understanding. We will definately use Chris and Leisa again in the future and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
