We met Chris while we were inspecting several houses were he was in attendance for open house viewing. We had a conversation about our requirements for a house in Torquay that we would be happy to move into after selling our house in Diamond Creek. He didn't pester us with every house he had available, he listened to us, and produced a number of suitable homes, and we liked one of them, and immediately put an offer in, and the next day we negotiated a sale.
