We found Chris and the team at Unrealestate were very helpful in our first ever house sale. We weren’t sure how to sell or stage out home, but Chris walked us through it and delivered an outstanding result. We would highly recommend Chris or any of his team to sell.

I had 3 agents give me appraisals, I choose Chris and his team as i felt very comfortable with them. I felt their knowledge and professionalism was what I needed. This proved to be very accurate. I was extremely happy with Chris and the sale of my unit. The outcome was much better than I expected. Thank you Chris and Kym for making this experience very easy from start to finish.

I couldn't have been happier with the results. They kept me updated on every move . It was a treaky sale because of covid but it sold beautifully in the end. Extremely quick too.

Right from the very moment Chris came to do an appraisal we knew we wanted to choose him to sell our house. He was so knowledgeable about our particular area and thoroughly done his background work on the property. The professionalism that his whole team showed was just awesome. They sold our house so quickly and for the asking price, so we couldn't be happier.

Both Chris and Kim were very professional and great communicators, while putting us at ease through the whole process. They also went above and beyond in helping us with making some reno arrangements prior to settlement, which was really appreciated. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
