Chris and Kim and the team from Unrealestate Toormina showed us their knowledge of the marketing and their professionalism and this continued throughout. Chris was able to put us at ease at what could have been a stressful time for us. He listened to our questions and requests and any issues we could have encountered. We highly recommend Chris and the Unrealestate team for any real estate undertakings one might have now or in the future. Thanks

After purchasing the property through UnRealestate, i returned to them for the sale due to the amazing, easy experience they offered. Chris & team were knowledgeable, professional and very easy to get along with. They maintained a high level of professionalism and all communication was timely, with an added personal touch. The day the photos were taken was fun and i was able to have a laugh with the team. I will continue to return to UnRealestate for all future property matters.

Chris was knowledgeable and well spoken. He was always available and got back to us quickly with questions or any queries. Chris and Kim came out to see us, even on a Public Holiday, to help plan and sort things out quickly. They were easy to communicate with and helped us sell the house quickly and for the price we wanted.

Chris was excellent - kept us informed and was helpful, knowledgeable and generally a great person to allay our concerns! Highly recommended

I was kept well informed from start to finish, made the process non-stressful for me, all I had to do was sign some paperwork for agent and some for solicitors, unreal estate took care of everything else. Made for a nice quick sale which suited both myself and buyer.

Outstanding knowledge and performance

Great agent, looks out for client's interests but also fair and communicates well to all parties

Their professionalism, feedback, market knowledge excellent. My home presented so well because of the great marketing presentation recorded by Chris. Thank you for my welcome home sale in a good time period

Chris achieved a timely sale for us, at the expected value. His negotiation and interpersonal skills were a strength. He kept us informed throughout the sale. We highly recommend Chris as the person to sell your property and achieve a great outcome for you.

House was left in a rather undesirable state, and Chris worked with me over the renovation period letting me know what should be done to achieve my pricing and sale goals. Would highly recommend Chris to whoever wanted to sell their property. Chris's knowledge of my area was extensive and got over what I had expected with what we had to work with. Well done, thank you Chris!!!
