I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Chris Holmes. I've never sold a property before and assumed Real Estate agents to be a bit like the proverbial Used Car salesmen. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our tenant had been 'difficult' and I feared the worst. Chris bought the tenant on side having investigated the issues involved and the tenant became happily compliant with the proceedings. Chris went out of his way to ensure I was updated at every turn and made extra trips to the property to fix little issues himself.
