I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Chris Holmes. I've never sold a property before and assumed Real Estate agents to be a bit like the proverbial Used Car salesmen. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our tenant had been 'difficult' and I feared the worst. Chris bought the tenant on side having investigated the issues involved and the tenant became happily compliant with the proceedings.
