He was able to market my property effectively and efficiently, and was able to get the best possible price in the real estate market during that time. With his excellent communication skills, he was able to generate interest in the property by pricing it as being offers over $699,000 as a starting point, given his excellent knowledge of the Nerang housing market. Chris followed up on those who visited and who showed interest in the property and was able to generate a competing market, and obtained, what I believe was a good price at that time in the market. Out of 8 offers in the one inspection, he was able to sell the property for $750,000. Chris Holmes is highly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
