Chris Holmes is a real estate agent that you can trust with selling your property. Throughout my contract with him to sell the property, Chris showed that he knew the local market in Nerang. He was able to market my property effectively and efficiently, and was able to get the best possible price in the real estate market during that time. Chris knew how to gently talk my tenant through the steps of the property being sold while they were occupying the premises with their belongings. Chris knows all the RTA and QCAT rules and was able to have the property vacated within allowable timeframe for property settlement to take place. He conducted the open inspection perfectly. Chris has wonderful interpersonal skills, and knows his market very well. With his excellent communication skills, he was able to generate interest in the property by pricing it as being offers over $699,000 as a starting point, given his excellent knowledge of the Nerang housing market. Chris followed up on those who visited and who showed interest in the property and was able to generate a competing market, and obtained, what I believe was a good price at that time in the market.
