Dear All, Hi my name is Pady, I come from Sydney and I am working in overseas, I am looking for some investment properties in Queensland. Chris has working as property agent for some years ,I had seen his profile and his records. I have looking for properties in the surrounding areas including, Calamvale, Parkinson, Algester and Sunnybank Hills. The first impression Chris gave me he is a person known's locally very well and smart because he gave me a very firm handshakes, smile with strong eyes contact. As the second time I meet him at the same property he remembers me, he said "good this is the second time to see the property" I believed I am quite lucky to get the property. Finally, we also sharing some of the investment strategies on the building inspection day, Chris is more focus on short to mid-term types with minim capital investment, where as I am focus on long term with balance capital investment.
