We have bought and sold a number of times and Chris is one of the best agents we have had the pleasure of working with. The great thing about Chris is he is straight down the line - no inflated evaluations, no waiting for the phone to ring, no making it hard for buyers. Chris knows the market, knows how to position a property, knows how to negotiate and keeps going until he gets the right outcome. His broader team is great too and all came in person to look at our house to refer to their buyers. Buying is always stressful but it was great to have Chris by our side the whole way - couldn't recommend him more highly.
