Most sales agents, are motivated by selling and have little regard for who they are selling for or to, along with any particular requirements after engagement forms are signed. The team at Jellis Craig were realistic about everything even prior to being appointed - this included market conditions, valuations, buyers and timing of listing our property. Chris in particular was responsive to calls, queries and provided all feedback which was important to us - and didn't simply tell us just what we wanted to hear.
