Further to this he really pushed for the highest price possible for me, not the buyer and was able to secure a favourable outcome for me despite original concerns that my price was too optimistic.

Chris was very good in drawing up the sale contract.. Unfortunately he was in a big rush to get to the next auction there was a few mistakes., however it was corrected very swiftly . I would have like to have a more time to talk to him about the unit. However it was not his fault that he had to rush to the next auction.

I had been looking for properties for more than 12 months and had met Chris a number of times over that period.
