I have not had a very good impression of real estate agents due to previous experience. I did my own homework attended auctions, watched who sold what for how much. I examined the standard of the properties that sold well and made comparisons in all of these categories. I found that I was leaning toward Hocking Stuart so the next thing was to make an appointment with someone from my area. Chris Janssens answered my request and made an appointment with us. We were very interested to hear Chris's pitch. We listened carefully, and thought it sounds good but we have to see the action. I am very happy to say Chris never wavered in his enthusiasm for us his attention to detail in communication was always consistent and regular as he said, he ensured he gave us all we asked for. I've heard all of that before from a real estate agent but Chris proved to be the hardest working agent I have used in my 4 sales to date. Further to this he really pushed for the highest price possible for me, not the buyer and was able to secure a favourable outcome for me despite original concerns that my price was too optimistic.

Chris was very good in drawing up the sale contract.. Unfortunately he was in a big rush to get to the next auction there was a few mistakes., however it was corrected very swiftly . I would have like to have a more time to talk to him about the unit. However it was not his fault that he had to rush to the next auction.
