It is always tough to find a good agent to represent your house on the market. I used Chris on the referral from my parents who used his services to sell their place. I must admit I was lazy and didn't do my research like my parents did, but they said he was great and got results they wanted. So I took a gamble on my parents views and choose him as the first agent to speak to to sell my house. I was a first home buyer and saw my house built from scratch and to me it was the money, time and emotional investment into the house, that I wanted someone good, if not great to represent it on the market. Upon meeting him he was very professional and knowledgeable about the market. The price guide exercise is a great tool he uses to make sense of the current local market to the lay person. I had my ideas about what I expected and desired for the house, and he listened and took them on board and further explained any ideas I held. The commission was fair and the advertising package included all the musts at a good price. For me it was a no brainer and my parents were right. Once thing that stood out what his communication and rapport building. He knew how to explain things in a way that made sense; he listened and also verbalized any instruction to ensure complete clarity with the expectation of him and his expectation for you. The sale started off a bit slow but picked up with a great buyer with a great result with perfect timing. He kept in constant communication that was well balanced between keeping you too much in the loop versus not knowing what is going on. Any questions or issues I had he always gave a honest answer. I am all about the quality of service and he sure met the mark. Would highly recommend Chris to my family, friends and co workers. And for all looking to sell, you wont be disappointed using Chris and would echo my sentiments.
