Where do I start? Chris along with his assistant Liz are second to none. His initial pitch regarding how he intended to market the property was head and shoulders above the other agents we had met with. He is fully transparent with his dealings and keeps you informed daily on what is happening with your property. Both Chris and Liz's flexibility astounded me. They were more than willing to work around my schedule. On one occasion Liz popped by my house to get me to sign something at 730pm as this was the only way I could do it. They give up much of their spare time so as to accomodate their clients. Chris managed to get a buyer up into our price range and have the house sold in around 2 weeks from day of initial listing, which I was very impressed by, as I thought it would have taken much longer. Chris has also helped me greatly in obtaining a new rental by being a reference. He isn't required to do this, however, he offered to do it for me and I know for a fact his endorsement secured me the property I wanted. My new neighbours also used Chris to sell their old property and couldn't speak any more highly of him.
