Chris Janzon - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As vendors, we interviewed several potential agents before making the decision to select Chris Janzon. His research into our area and knowledge of the general area was second to none, and we felt absolutely sure and confident that he was the agent for us. Chris kept us totally informed of the process, made difficult due to a previously booked overseas trip at the beginning of our sale journey, but nothing held Chris back, and he communicated with us regularly during our absence. He was open to our suggestions and happy to negotiate open inspections around our busy schedule. I can't recommend Chris highly enough - he made our house sale less stressful, and just reading the purchasers review, they too were happy with Chris - read it for yourself. I can only compare Chris's performance against the agent that sold our new property to us - they were as different as chalk and cheese, and the only reason we purchased our new house was because we love the design, and if it were possible to choose your agent when purchasing, I would choose Chris :-)
