Chris was extremely helpful and professional, and took all of the stress out of purchasing our home. In the current market my partner and I were constantly pressured to put in offers on the same day as viewing the property otherwise the property would be sold that night. Chris however demonstrated a relaxed and professional approach to our purchasing. He never pressured us and was available for questions and assistance at all times. Chris and David advertised the property for a reasonable price, having in mind a specific selling point not too dissimilar to what the property was advertised at. This enabled our expectations to be met around price and our offer to be competitive with the sellers expectations. Chris was extremely accomodating and overall the whole experience was a good one!

Selling a house can be very stressful and finding the right people to guide and support you through is very important. We found that in Chris. From the first moment he answered our phone call to the final communication, Chris excelled through the whole process with open and clear communication, taking into account our wishes and limitations and being available whenever we needed to run something by him.
