Selling a house can be very stressful and finding the right people to guide and support you through is very important. We found that in Chris. From the first moment he answered our phone call to the final communication, Chris excelled through the whole process with open and clear communication, taking into account our wishes and limitations and being available whenever we needed to run something by him. He has a very good knowledge of current markets and provided a realistic assessment of our house value. What I also liked was, that a couple of times, Chris brought a colleague along, as they are working in teams and so extend the potential buyer market on the books as more that one person has a good knowledge of the property and so you get two or three agents for the price of one! I also appreciated that in the stressful time while the house was on the market ( a week, by the way) he structured the viewings in a way to minimise the impact on our daily lives while still getting potential buyers in when they wished to see the property.
