We listed our family home in Pennant Hills for an Auction to be held on 12th March 2016 with Laing & Simmons, Chris looked after all the necessary open homes and inspections in a very professional manner, he contact us after each inspection and open house with an update on all comments made at the time, we had a successful sale on the 12th making a sale, knocked the home down under the hammer for the reserve price, this was completed in a professional way & all signed on the day .
