Chris was professional, friendly and honest with us from first engagement. We purchased a property within a matter of 24hours with his engagement, coordination and honest feedback. When offered additional time to support the vendor with reviewing an offer Chris was able to confidently and honestly share he could easily work much quicker than we expected and his honest conversations with his vendors and ourselves meant we could all walk away feeling confident and happy with the exchange. Chris also took a picture of the sold sign and sent this to us which he didn't have to do, but the small touches mean a lot when celebrating at the end of often stressful processes.
