My wife and myself thought long and hard about selling the “only thing we had to our name”. We have a family of 5 and desperately need to get out of our in laws place before our eldest kids start school. In order to do this, we had to sell our ‘investment property’ (it was originally for us to live until we had twins and quickly ran out of room). I had been in contact with Chris on and off over the past 18 months regarding selling the unit and he always offered direct, unbiased and genuine advice. When we finally decided to sell, he was clear and concise with all of his advice. He kept our expectations at a reasonable level and advised us of all trends that were relative to our unit. During the process, Chris’ communication was second to none. We established early in the piece that a “contact at any time” guide was followed and i believe the early morning or late night messages went both ways a few times (Sorry Chris). Chris constantly kept me updated with everything we needed to know and I never felt like i was ‘out of the loop’. We had a couple of open for inspections but the interest was really between two parties. Chris did all he could to ensure both parties had the best chance at securing the property which, in turn, maximised our return on the unit sale, fetching a fair way above what we were expecting to get! We couldn't be happier with the final result and would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to sell their home or unit. Among the best of the best!
