Chris really knows the market and couldn't have been more helpful. He has a contact for everything and was always ready to find a way to get things done. Being prompt and professional at all times made it a pleasure to work with Chris. His guidance throughout the selling process was first class and made it so much easier for us.

I jave known Chris Leonard for over 20 years. I bought 32 Cummins Rd off him and sold it with him 20 uears later. I have sold 2 other house with Chris over this time. He is up front with everything and kept me constantly updated on the progress of the sale. He doesn't dream up some astronomical amount that he says he can get for the house when a 2 year old could tell you it's not feasible. This is done unfortunately by some real estate agents. He explains the drawbacks if any which may complicate the sale and makes you aware of things that might affect a quick sale. I would much rather prefer this method to agents who are out there to line their own pockets but aren't interested in vendor at all. I also had Brittany Holland assisting with the sale of my property. This young lady was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I would be more than happy to recommend either of these 2 real estate agents if someone was considering selling their property.

Placing our property for sale utilising Chris as our agent was a great decision. His regular communication with us regarding the market, options, inspections and other issues was excellent. Not only was his communication with us passed via phone calls it was regularly conducted in person which maintained our confidence in his service. Highly rated and recommended as a property agent.

Chris and Britt were amazing. Kept us up to date on every step of the sale. They would call me after every viewing and give me realistic feedback and thoughts. Gave heaps of notice for any viewing and were incredibly flexible. Extremely easy to work with, they gave me excellent price expectations and were generally brilliant. Highly recommended if you are wanting a relaxed, informative, easy sale. (Don’t let the relaxed/easy nature of your interactions with them to fool you, they are professional and know what they are doing!)
