I have bought and sold several properties and hence have engaged many real estate agents. Having sold my house to then buy again, I found that Chris was proving the basic level of information and communication in comparison to other, more interactive agents. It's important to keep in regular contact with buyers to ensure they are happy with progress and not the other way around having to chase the agent for updates etc.
