When we decided it was time to sell our property we already knew who we would chose to handle the sale of our property. We first came across Chris Leonard a few years ago when we were looking at rural properties around the Ballarat district and he was helpful at those viewings . It can be quite a stressful time with many unknowns however after a sit down with Chris to work out what was achievable in the current market we had no need to worry at all. Everything went smoothly and it took less than 3 weeks till a contract was signed .
