Successful Sale

Selling a rented property through a pandemic was fairly tricky with restrictions on travel from Melbourne to Ballarat, however we were successful, selling within the advised price range Chris provided and the co-ordination through PRD between the rental and sales side was great, making the final handover smooth sailing.
