We had a lot of bumps with our first land purchase. Chris was willing to set time aside to help us out and communicated to us and the seller to make sure the deal would go ahead. It was great to have an email address that reached the whole team so that any queries I had would be responded to in a timely fashion. The process was smooth on their end which we appreciate considering other parties were not as great.
