I selected Chris and Jae Lovel based on their years in real estate sales and the number of years they have been working/selling in the suburb of Beldon. I could see they had sold more real estate than any other agent in the area and reasoned that, therefore, Chris and Jae had a very sound understanding of market conditions relevant to Beldon. Chris and Jae set a 9-day sales campaign and the property had multiple competitive offers within that time frame. Under the guidance of the Lovell Team my experience as the seller was stress free; they were excellent communicators and always responded promptly to any queries I may have had during the process. My property had a sitting tenant with whom Chris and Jae liaised to enable home opens, pest inspection etc with a minimum of disruption for the tenant. I had a very positive experience when Chris sold my first house in Darch, which is why I reached out to him first to sell my next house. Despite my house not being in the usual suburbs that Chris sells in, plus me needing an efficient sale (I had just completed building my family home), none of that deterred him at all. I was annoyed with the whole buying a house situation - no minimum price, no range just a comment "Make an Offer and we will take it to the owners". After looking at about 20 properties in the Darch area, we went to the house we now own and spoke with Chris about this - side note, he was pretty much the first agent that had engaged my wife and I in a conversation. Chris not only listened he offered to help us out in setting offer prices - even if they were for other agents. Anyway, after leaving the house my wife and I decided to put an offer in on Chris's house. We got a phone call the following day and Chris told me in no uncertain terms "we will get this deal done today". We were then informed to be ready at 6:00pm to have a phone conference with the current owners to negotiate the price, we waited..... and at 6:30pm there was a knock on our door. It was Chris he had come to tell us personally that the deal would be done if we went up by a small amount - that was a "no brainer" for my wife and I. I cannot say enough nice things about Chris, his lovely wife and their team. helpful all the way. A pleasure to deal with.
