Chris turned around my offer with the seller much faster then any other agent i'd put offers through. There's nothing worse then waiting weeks for feedback. Jai and Kaci worked well between ourselves and the seller. They gave us access to the property so we could complete a detailed measure and completed the inspections and defect rectification in time for us to complete a week earlier then planned.
