We recently engaged Chris and Jai to sell our much loved property in Perth and initially while we had many challenges to navigate logistically, the ease at which the Lovelles organised everything for us honestly made this process of selling / buying property a total breeze. Jai’s organisational and communication skills meant that she was always thinking ahead for us and gently prompting us on what would come next and what we needed to do. Chris and Jai have phenomenal knowledge of the market and skills necessary to sell a property but what set them apart from other agents was their ability to understanding our needs and wants. They were extremely kind to us, gave us information we needed to know in a timely and succinct manner which meant we could make informed decisions every step of the way. We can’t thank you both enough. Mallory was always excellent in any communication we had with her too. Highly recommend.
