From day one, he took control of the sale process and led a steady stream of buyers through my parents' house. At the end of each inspection, Chris never failed to give me a thorough debriefing of the visit so my parents and I had a clear understanding of what the prospective buyer thought of the house. Chris' dedication to his job and his expertise in closing a sale really shone through once we found a buyer.
