People want to look at property after work hours or on a sat and sun, and they accommodate that.. 2. Small and personal, he got rid of staff and you deal with them direct... so you get the personal touch. Chris doesn't sell you false promises or give you unrealistic expectations and as the owner you can with in reason negotiate his service fees. Deb, wow that lady knows how to window dress, with a few bits and bobs from her collection makes the house look like a hotel ready for the photo shoot.
