All round excellent

Selling our property with Chris as our agent was as stress free as it gets. Chris kept us informed of all developments and we really appreciated this. As we were waiting on a vacate notice from our tenant before we could exchange contracts things could have easily gone wrong and our buyers could have dropped out. Chris kept all parties informed of the developments and our sale proceeded as hoped. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone thinking of selling in Orange.
