I found Chris reliable and great to deal with. Nothing I asked for or arranged was a problem and has made the trans ion from Sydney to Ballina a lot less stressful.

We have sold the property for the asking price and the contract was unconditional. Completely professional at all times, Chris made himself available at all times during the sales process and as the vendor kept us informed . We found that Chris did a lot of "behind the scenes" work - Council clarification on zoning, solicitors, to sourcing information for prospective buyers. Overall this experience was positive with no pressure at any time.

Having sold several times before , we knew how nerve-wracking this could be. What agent to choose, would we get the price we wanted, how long would it take to find a buyer, would we have to rent or be stuck with two houses, how much would it all cost? We needn't have worried.. First, who to put our money on? Harcourts stood out - a bit of a dark horse perhaps when it comes to form but with a unique advantage (no sale, no cost). They ran some stunning ads, and before long Chris (relatively new to and a welcome breath of fresh air in real estate sales) had a prospective buyer lined up. A little bit of negotiation and an acceptable offer was soon on the table - we were home and hosed. Better still, the settlement date coincided with our move.. Thanks Chris. We backed a winner, and we didn't have to use the whip once!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Chris during the purchase of our property on the north coast. I found Chris very straight forward and easy to communicate with. He was very good at keeping me up to date through the negotiation process and was always very transparent about what was going on.
