We engaged Chris to sell an investment property for us that we had owned for over 12 years. The property had tenants who had been in place for over 10 years, and we weren't entirely sure of the property value but had a price in mind we wanted to achieve. Chris was fantastic in managing the process with the tenants, as it could be a sensitive matter when the owner sells a property with long term tenants in place. Chris provided advice on the lease, dealt directly with the tenants on timing, open homes, photography and what it might mean for them going forward, taking that potential stress away from us as the home owner. Once the home went to market, offers were coming thick and fast prior to the first open home and then continued after. The end result was a smooth transaction at $90,000 above our asking price and we couldn't be happier.
