Chris Moxon commenced his Real Estate career in 1981. He served his “apprenticeship” in Property Management servicing the Northern suburbs of Preston, Reservoir, Thomastown, Lalor, Epping, Bundoora, Mill Park and South Morang.
The transition to sales was an exciting time for Chris and he soon proved that he was up to the challenge. Constant service, honesty and genuine hard work are testament to his success.
In 1991, Chris commenced his own business at shop 8 The Stables Shopping Centre, Mill Park. Forming a strong and active team, the service to the community flourished with a healthy rental portfolio assisting both Landlords and Tenants that were seeking professional assistance.
Sales has always been Chris’s forte with thousands of properties being sold under his guidance.
A Credited Auctioneer, Chris has conducted no less than one thousand Auctions in his time and enjoys the opportunity to display his skills when properties warrant this selling method.
Chris leads an active and busy family life with four children and two gorgeous grandchildren. Living local ensures that their demands are always met.
Being appointed a Justice of The Peace in 1999 meant that Chris was able to extend his service to the community and is always available to fulfil the needs of the many people that rely on him.
