An honest, personable agent

Buying the property through Chris was as stress free as it could realistically be, with open communication and honest advice. Communication with vendors regarding pre-auction offers and vendor responses was easy, timely, and honest, as was arranging access to the property for pre-auction checks. The process post-auction (and successful purchase) was also smooth. I would highly recommend Chris Murray to act in any real estate transaction. In my experience, he is a nice, honest guy to deal with, and is a great agent. I would certainly consider him if I were to be selling a property.
