My partner and I have had a couple of bad experiences with real estate agents over the years, so it was reassuring to finally find an agent like Chris Nunn. Chris was actually the vendor's agent for 43 Edith St Leichhardt a few years back and, after buying that house, we felt so comfortable we subsequently asked him to sell our apartment in the inner city. We then used him again to sell the same Leichhardt property three years later. Chris is calm, understated and very likeable. While I think some vendors might assume 'salesmanlike' agents make the best negotiators, I'm not sure I'd agree. Both times we've used Chris as our agent, he has significantly exceeded expectations on the price achieved (in somewhat different markets).
