Many agents are just after a quick commission. They also push costly marketing that pumps up their own business. Chris O'Brien did not do this and was honest through the whole process. We found Chris had the desire and negotiation skills to get us the best price.
When I say that Chris goes "above and beyond" that is an understatement. Nothing was to much trouble and he was always happy to answer my millions of questions. Chris is straight up and knows what he is doing which is why he gets results! If you want honest, easy straight forward sales go with Chris.

When we asked why it had taken so long for them to get back to us, the agent's reply was "sellers don't normally get things underway this quickly"!! As we hoped, Chris did an absolutely sterling job, walking us through every step of the process, keeping regular and valuable comms with us, was never too busy to take our calls and most of all gave us top notch guidance when we were unsure as to the way forward. It's also the small things that Chris does that also set him apart from the other agents, and nothing it seems is ever too much to ask of him - he's always willing to help... This was the 2nd time i have used Chris and could not be happier with the end result. He sold my house that i really didn't expect to sell for a price i was happy with. Once again found him very easy to deal and communicate with and as far as cost goes call him now and ask him what he can do for you. You wont find an agent that is as cheap, friendly and as honest as Chris. I highly recommend him.
