Chris and Damien met with my daughter Carlie and myself to discuss the sale of my home after the death of my wife. I was presented with a folio of comparable homes that had sold in a period leading up to my listing in order to decide a fair asking price for my home. The price we settled on was a fair price not too high and not too low.
