I ceceved clear and concise information on the propery i was intrested in if there was only one thing would chang or possiably add to the experiance is if the seller could consalt with the shire and have a pdf document on a rough estamete on rates ,building requirments such, maintenace required by the shire but thats just ne nit picking the whole experiance in the process of putting in the offer has been very efficiant and enjoyabe

Chris and the office staff at Harcourts Mandurah have been more than helpful along the journey of selling my Mum's and deceased Dad's property in Moyup Way South Yunderup. It was great to get someone who's drive to take the listing was still evident, even in this "red hot" market that WA finds itself in. Sellers may find that that is an unusual thing to say. I mean who wouldn't want to take on a listing? Well Acton Belle didn't want it, even though we gave it to them on a plate as the first sales people we contacted. And there was no reason for that, only that we saw one of Julie's house open signs along the road to our property on a weekend when we were down there cleaning the property. Julie and Vanessa from AB were all keen at the start, organised a tour of the property for their agents etc etc and then "crickets". Nothing! No phone call or email, not even a "thank you but no thank you". Just nothing. Where-as Chris and his team (Grant as well while Chris was away) were energetic from the "get-go". Always updating me as to when they would be at the property (house was vacant). Giving me updates on each house open/private inspection and dead set truthful about the interest and/or lack of by the prospective buyers. They were very accurate in their assessment of people going through the property and what we needed to do to make it more "saleable". Well done Chris and your crew at Harcourts. Only suggestion, if the client needs the 3 day extension on settlement that it is explianed that the client needs to notify their sehttlement agent. I thought that the real estate agent would arrange this.
