Chris was very knowledgeable in regard to the overall market and in particular the Griffin area. I initially contacted him well over 12 months ago as I was thinking about selling my investment property but decided not to. He kept in contact and when I decided to sell the property I listed with Chris. The property had been managed by another property management company and sat vacant for several months after the previous tenants vacated. Not being happy with their service I handed the keys to Chris to get it sold. During this period Chris organised tradespeople for me, as I reside in W.A., to rectify a few maintenance problems and to get the property in a far more saleable condition. Throughout the course of the sale process he conducted numerous home opens and garnered a number of prospective purchasers which resulted in a sale. He was more than accommodating and regularly 'went the extra mile' by physically checking on my property several times a week as it was unoccupied.
