Chris was the agent for this property and did not pass on a verbal offer made on the property for 30k more than it sold. This offer was made the Saturday before we accepted the offer on the Monday. We only learned of this offer after the potential buyer made a complaint to the Dept of Fair Trading who contacted me. If we had been made aware of this offer (well before the auction date) we would have waited until the verbal offer had been confirmed in writing. We are not sure WHY the sale was made to the buyer who secured the sale but we have our suspicions.
Chris has made the selling process a very pleasant journey for us, he had great knowledge of the market, he was very involved in the entire process from the initial marketing proposal, photo shoot, open home preparations, post open home summaries and auction day.
