(In fact, we already have suggested our friends use him) We were initially very skeptical of purple bricks and only had him come to get a second opinion. Despite the upfront costs (back when PB was 12mth contract even if they didn't sell the place), we decided to go with Chris. At the end of the day, through some very tough negotiations, Chris pulled through, and we got what we wanted for our place in a very tough market.
