His presentation to sell our property was of the highest quality and far overshadowed other Agents. The campaign was shorter than im used to but gave us multiple offers after the first weekend. Given some of the offers were around the price expectations we had I was ready to sell but Chris knew that other potential buyers he had spoken to were interested and had good budgets. We trusted the process and ended up getting us 30% over what we were expecting. We were thrilled. Chris also has a great team who keep you undated and are very responsive to any queries. Have used Chris twice now and would definitely engage him again if I had further property to sell in his areas.
