I have only been in contact with Chris once, over the phone, where he had some somewhat unconsiderate words to try and push the sale of the property. Not impressed. Right from the get go Chris has made this whole experience extremely easy. As first time sellers, we didn't know the sales process, but every step of the way Chris communicated so well and made us feel at ease.
