Chris Pham was recommended to us by my brother in law. We had seen a couple of other agents for the sale of our house and we were disappointed by the negative attitude. Marketing and staging all came at a price but his fresh approach appealed to us and we gave him the sale. From day one, he guided us along the way. He was always available to us if we had any concerns. His approach paid off and we got a price for our house that we were very pleased with.
