Chris acted very professionally in all our dealings with him and was always available to answer any questions we had regarding information on the property. He displayed a rare quality of flexibility and genuine concern with all transactions.
Chris provided an accurate description of the property and the surrounding features. Schools, public transport etc. However there was no hard sell and readily provided responses to follow up inquiries in relation to different aspects of the property. Leading up to settlement, he was readily available to provide access for various inspections as well as arranging further access to allow access for the connection of utilities to coincide with an afternoon settlement. On each occasion he presented personally to allow access.
We have bought and sold with Chris now and can honestly give him 5 stars he was very professional and friendly which just makes the whole experience a breeze.
