Once the house was on the market a number of other properties came on at very aggressive pricing and Chris' suggestion of modifying our price to generate some interest worked a treat and we ended up getting exactly what we hoped for. Chris, Kate and team were so easy to work with and sold our house in one week, with about another week's notice of the listing prior to that. The marketing of the property was fabulous (including photos of the property on the signage out front rather than photos of Agents, which particularly stood out as a smart move!), as well as the use of technology to understand interest in our property.
