Chris, Kate and team were so easy to work with and sold our house in one week, with about another week's notice of the listing prior to that. The marketing of the property was fabulous (including photos of the property on the signage out front rather than photos of Agents, which particularly stood out as a smart move!), as well as the use of technology to understand interest in our property.
