We chose Chris Rayner as our Agent due to his knowledge of our suburb and local area and previous contact with him in the community where we found him to be a very approachable and helpful person. When we contacted Chris about selling he had really good knowledge of sales in our area and why they had achieved those prices and therefore what we could expect as a result. Chris is a very good communicator, constantly keeping us updated through the process. Overall he was super easy to work with and sold our house in one week!
