Chris, Kate and team were so easy to work with and sold our house in one week, with about another week's notice of the listing prior to that. The marketing of the property was fabulous (including photos of the property on the signage out front rather than photos of Agents, which particularly stood out as a smart move!), as well as the use of technology to understand interest in our property. Chris' negotiation skills were smooth and effective as he quickly turned a low-ball offer into a price we were happy to sell for and the Buyer was happy to pay. In the end, everyone was a winner!
