I met with 3 real estate agents and Belle and Chris impressed me day 1 over any others. Open and honest and informative and always offering advice and assistance. I had many questions and concerns and they lead me thru it all. They made the sale an easy process. Always available to chat and informative online data. They recommended auction which came back with a sale price above expectations. Sale was completed in 1 month with 3 inspections prior. Never thought it was going to sell so quick and easily. Chris, Kate and team were great to deal with and would thoroughly recommend to anyone and would use them again.
