Purchasing Property 9 Koala Street Blaxland

The procedure from looking at the property to purchasing it was a matter of hours, from just going to have a look at an open house we became the prospective owners. We were already aware of the potential of property in the Blaxland area as our son had purchased a house 3 years prior and Chris was the selling agent . He was friendly and we chatted discovered our coincidental meeting 3 years before, Kate his co worker was friendly and helpful on the day and as we left we were asked "were we interested" yes, but didn't put in an offer . We continued to look at another property making some comparisons and had some family discussions, later that afternoon we received a call from the Real Estate One asking did we wish to make an offer as there had been a few other offers, we considered and did so finding after they presented the owner with the offers and reasons why we wish to purchase the property ( the owner wanted to be sure she was happy with whoever purchased the Home) were the successful bidders. They were extremely helpful in expediting the signing of contracts and organizing another viewing of the house so another inspection of the condition of the house could be completed and that conveyancers and the bank could sort out legalities before the end of the first week. They dealt with some queries that came about after the inspection very quickly. We were very happy with the service we received
