extremely challenging task, difficult vendor, unprecedented market
A few months ago I handed my property to Chris to sell. I met him at an open house upstairs, I watched, I listened and I asked around. I needed someone who shifts properties but who was human, realistic, empathetic to my needs who could seemingly do the impossible. I wanted to keep living in my property as it went to market. I didn't want to move out, re-carpet, paint and do show furniture. I'd done that before. I'd dealt with overconfident, arrogant agents before. I didn't want to do it again. I didn't want to enrich digital marketers needlessly. So it was a big ask.
I'm glad I chose Chris. He tolerated me, guided me gently, offered help where needed and was not only a gentleman, but scholarly and measured with his own and gathered intelligence. I pretty much got the price I was hoping for in this unusual market. It was above my line in the sand.
Reputation is everything in this city. Chris has that in spades, and then some. respect.
